This project is testament to the team's capabilities of Pure Design. Collectively the business's own team of management, design, installation and surveying specialists carried out this full conversion project to create this 22,000sq ft showroom, showcasing exclusive European brands, including SieMatic, Gaggenau, Burg and Leolux, for the discerning UK homeowner. Pure Design has established itself as one of the finest lifestyle showrooms in the UK.
The renovation work began in March 2007, This former antiques warehouse underwent a complete refurbishment, including re-wiring and re-plumbing, along with a new air conditioning system to bring the building into the 21st Century.
A vast amount of structural work took place during the project, with over a thousand tonnes of rubbish removed to create the 22,000sq ft of open showroom space. The outside of the building was fully cladded to give a contemporary finish on the exterior, with new showroom windows fitted over two floors.
The building provides access to all abilities and therefore includes a wheelchair lift and a lift. State of the art technology has been integrated throughout, with the installation of an advanced server system, the latest full-size TV, plasma and audio system and dedicated presentation facilities.
